Arch Clinical Trials is now looking for adults in St. Louis with bipolar-1 disorder who are experiencing a manic episode that requires them to be in an inpatient facility.
When the kidneys stop working as well, it can have an effect on numerous systems in the body and cause major health problems.

Arch Clinical Trials is now looking for adults in St. Louis with bipolar-1 disorder who are experiencing a manic episode that requires them to be in an inpatient facility. Doctors want to see if KarXT could potentially safely manage symptoms and manic episodes when taken with other medicines for bipolar disorder.

Who Can Participate

This study is for adults who:

Are 18 to 65 years old.

Have bipolar-1 disorder.

Are having a manic episode that requires them to be in an inpatient facility.
04
Are taking a stable, therapeutic dose of lithium, valproate, or lamotrigine.
